Peeling

I am Shaoxing County Keqiao street, surnamed Ren.

In March 10th, I bought two pairs of leather shoes with my colleagues at the Tei leather shoe store in Keqiao walking street. I went to work in new shoes in March 12th, and I only had ten minutes to bus from my home to the flat. But when I arrived at the flat, I noticed that there was a peeling phenomenon on the toe of the new leather shoes.

A colleague who bought shoes also found that the new leather shoes that he had just worn for two days had a problem: the leather on the heel also fell off.

Later, my colleagues and I came to the store with leather shoes. The person in charge asked the relevant personnel of the head office to see the matter before they could deal with it.

In March 15th, the shoe store informed us that they had inspected that the shoes had no quality problems, but that they were caused by human factors. They could not be returned or replaced.

Even the shoe shop didn't even mean to fix it for us.

Tang Mei investigation: the day before yesterday afternoon, Tang Mei contacted Miss Song, head of Keqiao's leather shoe store. According to her, when they took their shoes to the store, they asked the company's relevant personnel to see that the shoes were scraped off. It was estimated that they were accidentally kicked into hard objects and were not part of the quality problem, so they could not return or replace them.

But Miss Song said they were willing to repair leather shoes for Miss Ren, and promised to provide life-long free maintenance.
